This website is operated by FC Racing ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting fcracing.us or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site — browsers, customers, and anyone who contributes content.

1. Using This Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment method you're using belongs to you or you're authorized to use it.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the site's security features, or to submit false information.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We try to display our products as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that colors shown on your screen match the physical item exactly. Screen calibration varies.

Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or changed at any time. Sizing, fitment notes, and specifications are provided as guidance and are not warranties.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors, including after an order has been placed — if we do, we'll notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. Until then, we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or orders that appear to be for resale.

You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We're not liable for packages delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

4. Payment & Taxes

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We don't store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable sales tax and shipping.

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs holds.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. If a package arrives damaged, contact us right away and keep the packaging — we'll help you file a carrier claim.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Off-Road Use, Fitment & Installation

It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply where you ride, including registration, equipment, emissions, land-use, and street-legality requirements. We make no representation that any product is legal for use on public roads or trails in your jurisdiction.

Fitment information is offered in good faith. Verify compatibility with your specific bike, model year, and existing modifications before ordering. Installing a part that doesn't fit is not grounds for a warranty claim.

Products must be installed correctly and used as intended. We strongly recommend professional installation. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or use of a product outside its intended application. Modifying your vehicle may void its manufacturer warranty — check with the manufacturer before you buy.

8. Assumption of Risk

Riding electric motorcycles and off-road vehicles is inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge those risks and accept full responsibility for how you ride, what you wear, and how your machine is set up. Always wear a properly fitted helmet and appropriate protective gear.

9. Warranties

Except where a manufacturer's warranty applies and is passed through to you, products are sold as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FC Racing and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, personal injury, or property damage arising from the use of any product or this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FC Racing and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, graphics, logos, photography, and copy — is owned by FC Racing or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, print, resell, or use our designs or artwork on merchandise without written permission.

13. Your Content

If you send us reviews, photos, videos, comments, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with promoting FC Racing. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may edit or remove content at our discretion and have no obligation to publish anything.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or policies.

15. Accuracy & Site Availability

We may update content on this site at any time without notice, and we're not obligated to keep it current. We may also suspend or discontinue the site or any product at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

16. Privacy

Information you submit through the site is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.

19. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.

These terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site.
